Service Contracts

All prices exclude GST, this will be added to the invoice total at the prevailing rate.

Platinum

• Limited to a maximum of 4 Clients.
• $3,800 per annum, payable monthly in advance @ $316.67 per calendar month, represents 66% saving on standard hourly rates.
• Covers up to 10 PCs on a single site, additional sites and/or PCs can be quoted for.
• Scheduled monthly site visit of up to 5 hours, additional work over 5 hours charged at a discount of 33% to standard hourly rate. Scheduled time and or day can be outside normal working hours on any day, but excluding public holidays.
• Unscheduled call outs, up to 5 hours or 5 call outs, whichever is less, per month included. Thereafter a minimum call out charge of 60 minutes labour, then charged per 15 minutes or part.
• Call outs prioritised above all other service levels.
• Mileage and Travel Time included.
• Monthly maintenance checklist:-
  
  • current updates to Software
  • Virus and Malware scanned
  • data backed up and backup regime audited
  • screen/keyboard/mouse cleaned
  • internals vacuumed @ 3 monthly intervals (Desktop PCs only).
• Requires pre-signup assessment and audit of current equipment conditions @ $200 for up to 3 hours, additional time required charged at discount rates as above. Depending on results of audit, remedial work may be recommended before service contract can commence.

Gold

• Limited to a maximum of 12 Clients.
• $2,600 per annum payable monthly in advance @ $216.67 per calendar month, represents a 48% saving on standard hourly rates.
• Covers up to 6 PCs on a single site, additional sites and/or PCs can be quoted for.
• Scheduled monthly site visit of up to 3 hours, additional work over 3 hours charged at a discount of 24% to standard hourly rate. Scheduled visit can be outside normal working hours, but Monday to Friday only and excluding public holidays.
• Unscheduled call outs, up to 3 hours or 3 call outs, whichever is less, per month included. Thereafter a minimum call out charge of 60 minutes labour, then charged per 15 minutes or part.
• Mileage and travel time included.

Silver

• Limited to a maximum of 24 Clients.
• $950 per annum payable monthly in advance @ $79.17 per calendar month, represents 34% saving on standard hourly rates.
• Covers up to 2 PCs on a single site, additional sites and/or PCs can be quoted for.
• Scheduled monthly site visit of up to 1 hour, additional work over 1 hour charged at a discount of 17% to standard hourly rate. Scheduled visit between 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.
• Unscheduled call out, 1 call out per month included. Thereafter a minimum call out charge of 60 minutes labour, then charged per 15 minutes or part.
• Mileage and travel time normally included where scheduled visit is combined with other jobs in the vicinity, but may be charged where special journey is required.
• PCs checked for:-
  
  • current updates to Software
  • Virus and Malware scanned
  • data backed up and backup regime audited
  • screen/keyboard/mouse cleaned
  • internals vacuumed @ 3 monthly intervals (Desktop PCs only)
• Requires pre-signup assessment and audit of current equipment conditions @ $75 for up to 1 hour, additional time required charged at discount rates as per this service level. Depending on results of audit, remedial work may be recommended before service contract can commence.

Bronze

• Not really a service contract as such, but indicates standard service level and pricing of $95 per hour.
• Mileage and travel time additional cost outside of 30 minutes or 50km radius of Greymouth. There may be some exceptions to this where site visit can be combined with another job.
• No specific priority for call outs, best efforts only. Minimum call out charge of 60 minutes labour, then charged per 15 minutes or part thereafter. Additional charges may apply outside normal working hours, at weekends or on public holidays.
